Ether flies to the moon? Here's what powers the ETH rocket
Ether hit its all-time high again on Feb.2, hitting the psychological mark of $ 1,500. Since then, the price has stayed above that level and is currently around $ 1,700. Along with (BTC) and other cryptocurrencies, ether (ETH) has seen a great price move since early 2021 after up 10.46% in a month.
While Bitcoin has also seen positive price movements, it is shy of its all-time high of $ 41,941 that it hit on Jan. 8. The ether volumes have increased. According to the market data provider CryptoCompare, the spot volume reached its all-time high on January 11th. The volume for the month increased 320% from December 2020.
