WASHINGTON (Reuters) – A majority in the Democratically-controlled U.S. House of Representatives voted Monday to pass a $ 900 billion coronavirus relief bill tied to federal agency spending necessary to keep the government shut down to prevent at midnight when the existing money runs out.
