WhatsApp Diwali 2020 stickers: obtain, ship to family members
With the Diwali Festival of Lights just around the corner, Facebook's WhatsApp developed Diwali stickers. Since the coronavirus pandemic outbreak, physical communication with people has decreased and people have come to rely on virtual communication. To enhance that experience for the celebrations, WhatsApp has released Diwali stickers. “With all of us resorting to minimal or no travel during this festive season, people may be removed from loved ones. Good thing that with WhatsApp, physical distance never leads to emotional distance, ”WhatsApp said in a statement.
The stickers are expected to be used to express users' emotions at the festival. These can be sent on messages while Diwali is desired by others. These Diwali stickers are easy to download and send to others. WhatsApp added these in animated sticker packs.
To download the animated stickers, users need to open a chat box and go to the sticker icon. This sticker icon is on the right side of the text bar for iOS users and next to the GIF option in Android phones. There is a plus option in the sticker icons area that allows users to tap other stickers and then explore them. Diwali sticker packs can be downloaded from there. The ones that have a video icon are animated sticker packs.
Apart from that, users can also personalize their sticker pack on WhatsApp. There are some sample apps and codes for Android and iOS that users can use to create their own stickers. They can also download third-party sticker packs. To do this, users need to search for Diwali WhatsApp stickers and install the sticker pack. After the download is complete, users can begin sending. However, this only applies to Android users as iOS users cannot download third party sticker packs on WhatsApp.
